To enable your browser to identify you to RPA-enabled Internet sites that require authentication, you'll need a

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or greater browser, or
• Netscape Navigator 3.0 or greater browser, and
• Virtual Key software.

Instructions

1. Download the Virtual Key software and save it to a temporary directory.
   
   
2. Close your browser before installing the Virtual Key software.
   
   
3. Using the Windows RUN command, run the Virtual Key executable file you just downloaded.
   
   
4. Restart your browser and try to authenticate yourself at our Test Site.
