I do not remember my password
If you have forgotten your password you
will need to contact the Customer Service department of the
appropriate service. For CompuServe members, you can find the
appropriate contact information by clicking

Is my password entered correctly
into my Virtual Key settings?
Your password will never be displayed
by Virtual Key, so the only way to verify if it is correctly entered
is to try to access a site that requires a Virtual Key authentication.
For CompuServe members, you can use the Test page (link to test) to
verify that you have correctly entered your User ID and Password in
the Virtual Key settings.
Note: Use your CompuServe
Member ID number when creating a Virtual Key account.
How do I change the password in my
Virtual Key settings?
